Playing around some more with Terragen. This time I added some more elements with photoshop, messed around with some settings and I like how it turned out.

This scene also reminds me of the landscapes in the totally awesome game, Red Dead Redemption! Which won Game Of The Year BTW!!

this is beautiful! how did you make the landscape? i've been trying so hard to make something like that and i can never get it.

I download terragen landscapes and then tweak them until I can make something that is my own. A simple google search should bring up several sites that offer them. Then, what you create is all up to you!

oh that's cool! do they have tutorials on how to make that kind of thing, or just the files? i found one called American Dream but have been wanting to learn to make it myself.
